STUDENT GOVERNMENT OPENING:  The position of Renaissance Commissioner has opened and will be filled by an appointed process.  If you are interested in the position please download the application here and turn it into the summer school office by Tuesday, July 14.  You will be contacted with an interview time.  The position requires that you take the second period student government class.

GRADUATION VIDEO:  If you did not preorder your copy of the graduation video you may still order by completing the order form and mailing it in with payment.  Download a pdf version of the order form here.  Videos are $30 and come in DVD format.  The video includes the entire ceremony as seen on the big screen at Arco Arena.  Videos will be mailed when they are done.

SUMMER HOURS:  The office will be open during the times listed below for the summer.  Please be aware that a picture ID is required to enroll and withdraw students.

JUNE 9 – 30:  The office will be open from 7:30 – 3:30 with registrations being accepted on Tuesdays and Thursdays only from 9:00 – 11:00.

JULY:  OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED

AUGUST:  The office will be open on August 3^rd & 4^th from 7:30 – 3:30 and starting August 5^th the office will be open from 7:00 – 4:00 with registrations being accepted from 9:00 – 12:00.

FRESHMEN ORIENTATION: Saturday, August 8 from 8am-12:30pm.  Freshmen parent orientation is also held during the same times.  Parents should report to Smedberg's gym, Freshmen to SHS gym.  Freshmen and their parents may also go to the special Hot August Days for freshmen and their siblings following the orientations from 1:00-4:00pm in the cafeteria.  Pay for your ASB card, yearbook, and other fees and take your ID/yearbook picture.  It is a great opportunity to avoid long lines during the first week of school.

HOT AUGUST DAYS:  Hot August Days are a great opportunity to pick up your preliminary schedule, take your yearbook/ID picture and pay for your ASB card, yearbook, and other fees.  Students who do not come to Hot August Days can expect long lines the first day of school and during lunches at the student store window.
