FAMILY CENTERS
The goal of the four Healthy Start Family Centers,
located in the Valley and Florin Regions, is to
improve educational, health and social outcomes
for students and their families, using the school
site as the hub for service coordination. The
Healthy Start Family Centers work with students
and families using a case management approach
to provide referral and follow-up to schools,
district programs, community service agencies
and community resources.
