Directions: Download The Door Self-Reflection form and use Microsoft Word to type your answers. When you are done, place the document, on the server in the proper folder.  Make sure your name, date and period are listed at the top ofthe document and that you do a "save as" and change the file name to your last name and "door_self-reflection.doc."
