Fitnessgram Physical Fitness Test

The Fitnessgram is a state mandated fitness test for 5th, 7th, and, 9th grade students. The Fitnessgram test measures student levels in six different fitness components: Aerobic Capacity, Body Composition, Abdominal Strength / Endurence, Trunk Extensor Strength / Endurence, Upper Body Strength / Endurence, and Overall Flexibility.
