District Grants Approval Process

Board Policy [BP 3290(a)] requires that all grants be approved and received by the Board of Education. This authority has been designated to the Director of Fiscal Services, requiring that all grant applications be approved internally in advance of their submission.  This requirement applies to ALL grants regardless of the size of award or the method of submission.
